Davos sits in the canton of Graubünden, which has one of Switzerland's most distinctive regional cuisines. Look out for capuns (chard-wrapped spätzli dumplings), pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta baked with cheese and greens), Bündnerfleisch (air-dried beef), maluns, and the local cheeses and cured meats.
