The Spengler & Alexander Apartments (2 x 4BR) - Alexander House

The Alexander House sits about 2.5 km from the centre of Davos — roughly 6 minutes by car from the Congress Centre, or 20–25 minutes on foot — and holds two fully independent apartments: the Spengler Apartment on the second floor and the Alexander Apartment on the top floor. The Spengler Apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms, alongside a spacious lounge with an open fireplace, a separate TV lounge and a dining area. Furnishings are a mix of selected antiques and generous living space. Guests have access to the house sauna and wellness area. One further room can comfortably be converted into an extra double bedroom on request. The Alexander Apartment above offers the same four-bedroom, three-bathroom layout and adds a large private terrace with mountain views; the two can be taken together for a delegation needing the whole house.
