The house sits about 2.5 km from the centre of Davos holds two fully independent apartments: the Spengler Apartment on the first and second floor and the Alexander Apartment on the third or top floor.
The Spengler Apartment has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, alongside a spacious lounge with an open fireplace, a separate TV lounge and a dining area. Furnishings are a mix of selected antiques and generous living space. Guests have access to the house sauna and wellness area. The wellness room can comfortably be converted into an extra double bedroom on request, making it a 5 bedroom offering.
The Alexander Apartment on the top floor offers a master bedroom, its own kitchen and living area. Furthermore, a large private terrace with mountain views.
The two apartments can be taken together for a delegation needing the whole house.
